Position Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team and play a key role in strengthening URU’s digital presence.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing effective social media strategies to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute creative content for Instagram.
Efficiently manage digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics to optimize content marketing strategies.
Ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Work closely with internal teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and high-quality visual content across all digital channels.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above.
1–3 years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in the following areas:
Instagram Marketing
Digital Marketing
Social Media Management
Microsoft Office
Google Ads
Google Analytics
Meta Ads
Content Marketing
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
