We’re currently looking for a Female Social Media Specialist Content Creator to join our growing marketing team.

🎯 Your Mission:

To create engaging, aesthetic, and high-converting short-form video content that inspires smiles and drives high-quality leads through platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Ideate, plan, and execute short-form video content (with support from our graphic designer and digital ads team)

• Research and adapt viral trends and content formats in the aesthetic & dental space

• Analyze competitors and continuously improve our content quality and performance

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with branding goals and promotional campaigns

• Represent the values of beauty, elegance, health, and confidence in all public-facing content

• Understand what makes premium branding stand out online

✅ Qualifications:

• Experience in premium service industries (dental clinics, beauty/aesthetic clinics, luxury brands, or hospitality)

• A natural interest in teeth, smiles, facial aesthetics, and confidence

• An attractive appearance, confident on-camera presence, and a charming smile

• A passion for social media trends, reels, and video storytelling

• Strong understanding of viral video mechanics and how to turn views into leads

• High initiative, creativity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

📊 Key KPIs:

• Total Impressions per platform

• Engagement Rate (Reels, Stories, Comments, Shares)

• Quality of Leads Generated (in collaboration with our CRM/digital ads team)

🛠 Other Requirements:

• Past experience working with or for a dental or beauty brand

• Your own portfolio or IG/TikTok showcasing relevant work

• Experience in CapCut or any other video editing software

• Able to utilize the benefits of AI

• A content portfolio from previous experience
