We are currently looking for a Social Media Specialist who can build engaging brand communication and strengthen our online presence through creative and trend-driven content. You will be responsible for managing social media activities, creating audience engagement strategies, and ensuring our brand stays relevant across digital platforms.
What You Will Do:
- Manage and maintain brand social media accounts including Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with creative and e-commerce teams to ensure content consistency across all platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content (feeds, reels, stories, TikTok videos, etc.).
- Identify and collaborate with food bloggers, micro-influencers, and KOLs to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, viral content, and platform updates to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community interaction.
- Analyze social media performance and provide insights to improve engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Support campaign execution and content activation for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum D3 or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, or Brand Communication, preferably in Consumer Goods, E-commerce, or Food Industry.
- Passionate about cheese and yogurt products.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends.
- Experience handling KOL/influencer collaborations and community engagement.
- Able to translate brand identity into creative and engaging social media content.
- Familiar with design and content editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Gemini, and ChatGPT.
- Basic understanding of social media insights and content performance metrics.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and have strong communication and time management skills.
