Social Media Specialist – Full Time

About the Role:
LR Studio is looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our team full-time. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing content across our social media platforms, ensuring our brand stays relevant, inspiring, and connected with our audience.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage social media content calendar (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Create engaging daily content aligned with the brand’s voice and aesthetic
• Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for campaign rollouts and product launches
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and tags to foster community interaction
• Analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and suggest improvement strategies
• Keep up with digital trends and propose innovative content ideas
• Collaborate with influencers and brand partners to increase engagement and reach
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role (min. 1–2 years)
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and digital behavior
• Proficient in Instagram, TikTok, and basic content creation tools
• Excellent communication skills, visual sense, and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Creative, organized, and proactive in bringing ideas to life
Working Hours:
Full-time — Monday to Friday (WFO), occasional weekends for events or campaign shoots
