We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and idea-driven Social Media Specialist to grow TimTumbuh's voice and turn HR into something people actually want to talk about.
This is not a typical posting role. We need someone who can take HR topics - recruitment, employment contracts, payroll, people development - and turn them into content that owners and managers instantly understand. Someone who can come up with the idea, shoot it, edit it, and publish it without waiting to be told what to make.
If you believe good content is not about posting more, but about making complicated things feel simple, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Up To
- Own the content calendar end-to-end by planning, producing, publishing, and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Produce and edit your own content including short-form video, reels, carousels, and static assets - from raw footage to final cut.
- Translate HR topics into everyday language so business owners and managers can understand and act on them without HR jargon.
- Generate and test content ideas by studying trends, hooks, and formats, then experimenting to find what actually resonates.
- Grow audience and engagement by tracking reach, saves, shares, and follower growth, then adjusting the approach based on data.
- Support lead generation by creating content that brings in inbound inquiries for our consulting, coaching, and headhunting services.
- Manage community interaction by responding to comments and DMs as the first touchpoint of the TimTumbuh brand.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media or content creation, or a strong portfolio that speaks for itself. Fresh graduates with proven work are welcome.
- Able to edit independently using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or Figma.
- Strong idea generation - understands hooks, storytelling, and what makes people stop scrolling.
- Writes clear, natural copy in Bahasa Indonesia with a tone that feels human, not corporate.
- Comfortable being on camera or directing talent when needed.
- Growth mindset, adaptive, and resilient - able to keep moving when a content experiment does not work.
- Hungry to learn and comfortable using AI tools to speed up ideation, drafting, and production.
Nice-to-Have
- Understanding of the HR business landscape (consulting, coaching, headhunting).
- Experience creating content for B2B or professional services brands.
- Basic understanding of paid social and performance metrics.
- Experience supporting founder or personal branding content.
