Job Description:
WeTV Indonesia is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join the WeTV team. We are looking for someone who is: passionate about the film and series, can articulate the brand’s objectives through high-quality content and is accepted by our community, seeks out opportunities to learn/grow/innovate, understands the value of process, maintains a high level of attention to detail.
We are looking for a forward thinker that has a strong willingness to grow the WeTV community, is strong in creating content, deep understanding of the film and series itself, and an extraordinary thinking about the content composition. This role will dive into the established brand identity and will be handling successful implementation across multiple media platforms. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in all aspects of handling our social media or community platform that engage directly with them, good in delivering all assets of Tencent Games in terms of quality and standards in remarkably quick time frames.

Your Mission:
This role delivered high-quality content, was able to inform our community about our products, and can maintain them to keep updated. This is an opportunity for a talented, hardworking, and proactive individual to grow and develop in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a wide range of exciting franchises.

This role includes but is not limited to the following tasks/duties:
Create and execute high-quality/viral content on social media.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote the official content.
Identify engagement opportunities and act on them to create events.
Manage content and posting.
Manage communication plans through multiple channels and continuously update them.
Implement a measuring system to aid data-driven decisions and reporting.
Give continuous feedback and suggestions to our designers to adapt content to our communities.
Keep a good environment over the community, with a closely social listening tracking.

Requirements:
Should have at least 2 years experience working in online communities social media, digital marketing, or equivalent.
Familiarity with all social media, and tools to analyze social media performance.
Understands how social media channels work and identifies growth opportunities within those channels
Great communication skills in English and Indonesian, both verbal and written.
Strong communication and networking skills.
Detail oriented, adjustable to change and Team Player
Passionate about games with knowledge of the gaming industry.
Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure.
