- Having similar experience as social media specialist for at least 2 years
- Good understanding on social media analytics such as engagement rate, likes, view, and reach
- Understand marketing strategies and how to realize marketing concept by reaching the target market through various content formats and social media platform
- Confident in front of camera and social media heavy user, especially with Instragram and TikTok
Requirements:
- Compile and create content plans for social media
- Develop a social media strategy by conducting audience research and up to date with developments in social media trends and features
- Create interesting digital content, including writing, increasing audience engagement, and promoting ongoing campaigns on social media
- Communicate with audience on social media, including responding to incoming questions either through comments or messages as well as recording complaints or input
- Organize and run collaborations with influencers
- Monitor, control, and evaluate social media performance and maintain brand voice
- Create reports related to each social media and innovate for maximum result
