Job Description :
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing social media content and campaigns across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, and others)
- Support photoshoot and videoshoot activities, including content preparation and on-site coordination
- Generate creative ideas to develop engaging and interactive content for social media audiences
- Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting
- Monitor and report on digital marketing performance, including social media traffic, follower growth, ads effectiveness, and overall brand sentiment
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Manage collaborations with KOLs/influencers in line with campaign objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, talents, influencers, and other partners to support content production
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Marketing Communications, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry
- Strong understanding of brand communication, content strategy, and social media management
- Proven experience in managing KOLs/influencers and community building
- Experienced in handling brand photoshoots, including concept preparation, coordination, and execution
- Demonstrated ability to lead creative production processes and coordinate with teams
- Familiar with AI tools for content creation, research, and data analysis
- Strong analytical thinking, well-organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Having a portfolio of campaigns or creative projects is a strong advantage
