About the Role We're looking for a Social Media Trainee to grow into a strategist role, managing content across Instagram and TikTok for myCOLOR ID Studio and RONA Academy — two distinct brands under one roof. You'll learn to drive bookings through content, not just reach.
Responsibilities
• Support content calendar planning and execution across IG & TikTok for two brands
• Write and refine captions/copy under guidance, moving toward hook-driven, conversion-focused content
• Help brief and review content against brand guidelines (editorial, premium aesthetic)
• Learn to analyze performance with a focus on conversion, not vanity metrics
• Coordinate video production workflow (CapCut) with internal team/UGC creators
• Assist in liaising with paid ads agency on content alignment
Requirements
• 0–2 years experience (fresh grads welcome) managing or assisting with IG/TikTok content
• Strong writing skills, fast learner, coachable
• Basic analytics curiosity — willing to learn funnel thinking beyond likes/reach
• Interest in editorial/premium design and service-based marketing
• Organized, proactive, able to take feedback and iterate
