Social Media Specialist Staff

About the role

As a Social Media Specialist at PT Bali Maya Permai Food Canning Industry, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence and brand reputation. This is a full-time position based in North Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the company's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube, to build a strong community and increase brand awareness
2. Create and curate compelling content that aligns with the company's marketing objectives and resonates with the target audience
3. Develop and implement social media campaigns to drive engagement, website traffic, and conversions
4. Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future strategies
5. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep the company's digital presence innovative and effective

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry
2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public relation
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and data analytics
4. Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and captivating content
5. Community & audience interaction, analysis & reporting
6. Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive measurable results
7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
8. Creative and problem solver
9. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
