JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2. 1–3 years of experience in social media management or content creation
3. Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and social media analytics
4. Proficient in Canva and CapCut
5. Creative, communicative, proactive, and up to date with digital trends
6. Basic knowledge of stocks and the capital market is a plus
7. Portfolio of previous work is preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Create engaging social media content, including videos, graphics, carousels, and captions.
2. Manage content calendars, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
3. Research social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
4. Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports.
5. Optimize content strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
