About the opportunity
We are building an Indonesian specialty coffee brand for customers in international markets. The company name is confidential at this stage and will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
We’re looking for a creative, reliable Social Media Specialist to plan and produce content that gives the brand a consistent and engaging presence online.
What you’ll do
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Create and publish around 3–4 posts per week across Instagram and TikTok.
- Produce photo and video content and handle basic editing.
- Write clear, engaging captions in English.
- Help the brand grow its audience and build an active community.
- Support initial follower-growth campaigns; the advertising budget will be provided separately.
- Track performance and share a simple monthly update with ideas for improvement.
What we're looking for
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
- Strong written English.
- Good visual sense and an understanding of short-form social content.
- Able to plan, shoot and edit content independently.
- Reliable, organised and comfortable taking initiative.
Compensation
The monthly budget is IDR 4,500,000 for a part-time role. We're happy to increase your salary as we grow.
