Job Description
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with clients' business objectives and brand positioning.
- Manage multiple client social media accounts, ensuring consistent content quality, brand voice, and timely execution.
- Create monthly content strategies, content pillars, editorial calendars, and campaign recommendations.
- Collaborate with Strategic Planner, Creative, Performance Marketing, and Account teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Analyze social media performance using platform analytics and third-party tools, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Conduct social listening, competitor benchmarking, audience analysis, and trend research to identify new content opportunities.
- Prepare and present social media reports, campaign performance, and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Stay updated on platform algorithms, emerging social media trends, and industry best practices.
- Support campaign pitching and contribute strategic social media recommendations for prospective clients.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within a digital or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content marketing, audience engagement, and community growth.
- Proven experience managing multiple brands across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Proficient in social media analytics and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent copywriting, content planning, and communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good presentation skills and confidence in communicating ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
