Internship Opportunity: Social Media Specialist Intern
Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang, Banten (This is a WFO environment)
Duration: 3–6 Months with option to be extended to 12 Months. Upon completion, there will be opportunity to be converted into Full Time / Contract Employment

What you’ll do in this role
We’re looking for a Social Media Intern to join Hubaku Group, a company specializing in Shopee Marketplace Management.
Your main task is to manage Hubaku Group’s social media and help build our brand among business owners and Shopee sellers. You’ll be involved end to end, from planning content and producing it to publishing it, including covering the events we take part in.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Hubaku Group’s social media accounts, including the posting schedule and audience engagement
- Create photo and video content for social media, from ideas and shooting through to editing
- Cover company events and activities for content
- Take part in exhibitions and expos, including documentation and supporting booth needs
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements for upcoming content
Requirements
You might be a good fit if you:
- Are a final-year student or fresh graduate from any major
- Can edit photos and videos (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar tools)
- Understand content trends on Instagram, TikTok, and Threads
- Are creative, full of fresh ideas, and comfortable engaging with people at events
- Are available to attend events, exhibitions, and expos as scheduled
- Have your own laptop that can run editing software
- Have a content portfolio (personal accounts, campus projects, or freelance work), which is a plus
- Are interested in e-commerce or digital business, which is a plus
