This role supports the social media team in managing Instagram content for a beauty brand (Biotalk). The intern will be responsible for executing daily posting, researching trends, creating engaging content ideas, and coordinating with the creative team to ensure consistent and impactful online presence. This position provides hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, and campaign execution within the beauty industry.
Job Description
- Post content according to the schedule (feed, reels, stories)
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
- Research and identify Instagram and skincare trends to help drive account growth and audience engagement
- Suggest and implement new content ideas
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers for visual needs
- Update weekly content performance tracker
- Assisting in creative project
- Client Industry: Beauty
Job Requirement
- Final year student or fresh graduate are welcome to apply (Communication/Management/Marketing)
- Detail oriented & well organized
- Have skill in copywriting
- Stay up-to-date with developments, be tech-savvy, and generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention.
- Have a good taste for design & social media content
- Great communication skills
- Independently solving problems and minor issues if/when they arise
- Open to using AI for Social Media advantage (content creation, ideas, decks).
- Willing to Work from Office
