Role Description The Social Media Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area, with flexibility to work both on-site and from home. The specialist is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, writing and designing posts, monitoring social media channels, responding to audience interactions, and collaborating with the marketing team on campaign concepts. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and suggesting data-driven optimizations to improve reach and conversions. In addition, the specialist will stay updated on social media trends and platform best practices to support clients’ digital marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with the ability to execute and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Experience in Social Media Content Creation, including planning content calendars, crafting copy, and collaborating on visual assets.
- Knowledge of Marketing principles and audience targeting to support brand positioning and campaign strategy.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage audiences and collaborate with internal teams and clients.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities across remote and on-site work.
- Prior experience in agency or multi-client environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
