About the Role

We are looking for a Part-Time Social Media Specialist to manage and grow the social media presence of an F&B brand targeting the Singapore market.

The ideal candidate understands food content, lifestyle trends, social media behavior, visual storytelling, and performance analysis, and can translate brand direction into engaging and commercially relevant content.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media platforms, primarily Instagram and TikTok.

- Develop and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars.

- Plan content based on promotions, menu launches, seasonal campaigns, Singapore trends, and audience interests.

- Develop content ideas including:

- Food and beverage content

- Menu and product highlights

- Promotional campaigns

- Lifestyle content

- Trendjacking

- Behind-the-scenes content

- Customer-focused content

- Educational or product knowledge content

- Write engaging captions, hooks, hashtags, and social media copy in English.

- Monitor relevant Singapore social media trends and competitor activities.

- Coordinate with the business owner, creative team, designer, or content creator when required.

- Prepare briefs for photos, videos, reels, and TikTok content.

- Schedule and publish content according to the agreed content calendar.

- Monitor comments, messages, audience responses, and engagement.

- Review content performance and prepare regular reports.

- Analyze key metrics such as:

- Reach

- Views

- Engagement

- Follower growth

- Saves

- Shares

- Profile visits

- Content performance

- Provide recommendations on which content formats, topics, and campaigns should be continued, improved, or stopped.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media, Content, Digital Marketing, or a related role is preferred.

- Experience handling F&B, lifestyle, hospitality, or consumer brands is an advantage.

- Good understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends and formats.

- Able to create strong content concepts, hooks, and captions.

- Good written English, especially for social media communication targeting the Singapore market.

- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.

- Familiar with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, or similar platforms.

- Able to work independently and manage deadlines.

- Creative, proactive, organized, and responsive.

- Able to adapt content to the Singapore audience and current market trends.

Working Arrangement

- Work From Home

- Monday–Friday

- 4 working hours per day

- Working schedule can be arranged based on operational needs and agreement with the Company.

- Salary: IDR 3,000,000–3,500,000 gross/month, depending on experience and capability.
