Responsibilities:
- Develop, produce, and edit creative content (video, graphics, photo, and copy) for Instagram, TikTok, etc
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft content strategies aligned with brand goals
- Plan and manage content calendars and content plans
- Analyse content performance across platforms and deliver regular performance and production reports
- Create engaging content such as reels, pack openings, highlights, and promotions
- Interact with our community of parents and students
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and special events
- Monitor social media performance and optimise content strategy
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Digital Marketing, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, and other relevant tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret content performance metrics.
