We are Hiboo Baby, a rapidly growing Indonesian direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand specializes in skincare products for moms and babies. Founded in 2023 and inspired by Japanese skincare, we focus on gentle, minimalist products that are safe for sensitive skin. Hiboo’s products are designed to gently heal and nourish, without the need for prescription-based ingredients.

- All Purpose Baby Balm - helps with diaper rash, eczema, and dry skin.

- Temoo Hap Hap - a children's supplement made from honey-based herbal syrup to support children's health and development.
- Temoo Ting Ting - contains nutrients such as Calcium (500 mg) and Vitamin D (400 IU) to support children's growth and overall development, including height growth.
- Temoo Eye Eye - contains nutrient-rich ingredients such as sea cucumber, spinach, kale, and honey to support eye development and good eyesight.

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Specialist to plan, produce, and report on our social content across TikTok and Instagram. You will be responsible for bringing the brand voice to life through engaging content, helping increase awareness, community, and growth.
Resposibilities:
Develop monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with product launches, seasonal moments, and marketing priorities.
Lead end-to-end execution of content—from planning, briefing, production coordination, to publishing.
Create engaging content plans for Instagram and TikTok tailored to audience behavior and campaign goals.
Write compelling video scripts/storyline for any social media to build brand connection and drive conversions.
Craft captions and feed copy that reflect the brand tone, product value, and key campaign messages.
Own the day-to-day success of GMV and brand awareness through content performance.
Collaborate with internal designers, videographers, and external content creators to ensure the final output aligns with the script and brand direction.
Review all content before it goes live, ensuring consistency in tone, quality, and visual storytelling.
Monitor and report monthly content performance (reach, engagement, growth, conversions).
Use platform insights to optimize future content direction, posting time, and formats.
Stay updated on TikTok and Instagram trends; proactively suggest new formats or concepts.
Support any ad-hoc content needs, including campaigns, promos, and product storytelling.
Execute other content-related activities as assigned by your manager.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in social media or digital content creation
- Strong copywriting and scripting skills for short-form video
- Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram algorithm and trends
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Basic design/video editing skills are a plus (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Passionate about skincare, motherhood, and wellness is a big advantage
