-Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, E Commerce
-Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and captions aligned with brand identity.
-Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate with design, marketing, and KOL teams.
-Monitor social media trends, beauty trends, and competitor activities to generate fresh content ideas.
-Manage daily social media operations including community engagement, replying to comments/messages, and maintaining brand tone.
-Collaborate with influencers, KOLs, and affiliates for campaign execution and product promotion.
-Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
-Optimize content performance based on engagement, reach, conversion, and audience behavior.
-Support campaign launches, product releases, promotions, and live shopping activities.
-Coordinate with creative team for photo/video production and ensure content quality meets brand standards.
