We're Hiring: Content & Social Media Specialist ( Bali Based )
Join our growing team and help manage social media accounts for a variety of brands and creators.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client social media accounts across various platforms.
- Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.
- Research trends, competitors, and content ideas to keep accounts relevant and engaging.
- Identify optimal posting times and recommend strategies to improve reach and engagement.
- Assist in planning content and marketing initiatives for client accounts.
- Monitor social media performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Respond to comments and direct messages professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with editors and team members to ensure content is delivered and published on time.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Familiar with content planning, audience engagement, and social media growth strategies.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- Creative mindset with the ability to identify trends and content opportunities.
- Experience managing social media accounts is preferred.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics is a plus.
