# We're Hiring: Social Media Specialist & Content Creator
**Join Our Creative Team**
We are a **premium-quality leather bag brand** looking for a creative and trend-driven **Social Media Specialist & Content Creator** who understands luxury branding and is passionate about growing our brand across digital platforms.
### Responsibilities
* Plan and manage social media content calendars.
* Create and publish social media posts, promotional content, and paid ads.
* Design simple graphics and edit short-form videos using Canva, CapCut, and other editing software.
* Create engaging on-camera content, including product showcases, promotional videos, and social media campaigns.
* Write compelling captions that align with our brand voice.
* Stay updated on social media, fashion, and design trends.
* Monitor content performance and assist with campaign planning.
* Collaborate with the creative team and support other marketing initiatives.
### Qualifications
* Minimum **1 year of experience** in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum **Associate Degree (D3)** in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Strong portfolio showcasing social media and content creation work.
* Proficient in **Canva, CapCut**, and other photo/video editing software (Adobe is a plus).
* Strong copywriting skills in **English and Bahasa Indonesia**.
* Comfortable and confident appearing on camera with a polished, brand-appropriate appearance.
* Has a strong sense of fashion, aesthetics, and current digital trends.
* Understands **premium and luxury branding**.
* Creative, organized, proactive, flexible, and able to multitask.
### Working Schedule
* **6 days/week (Sunday off)**
