We’re looking for someone who understands brand, storytelling, and culture - not just someone who knows how to post.
You’ll manage and grow three brands (café, coffee, jewelry) across Instagram and potentially TikTok. This role is hands-on, creative, and strategic.

What You’ll Do
- Plan monthly content strategy (not just random posts)
- Create Reels, short-form videos & daily story updates
- Write captions that feel human and on-brand
- Work closely with photo/videographer on content direction
- Maintain visual & tonal consistency
- Engage with community (DMs, comments)
- Track performance and improve what’s working
- Be comfortable appearing on camera when needed
You Might Be a Good Fit If
- You have 1–3 years experience in social media or digital marketing
- You understand Instagram & TikTok deeply
- You’re strong in copywriting and storytelling
- You think in brand, not just trends
- You’re organized and reliable
- You’re based in Bali
- You have a portfolio (bonus if you can show growth metrics)
