Content Creator & Social Media Planner
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
Plan, shoot, and edit compelling visual content (photos and videos) for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and more.
Create content around new launches, styling tips, customer stories, behind-the-scenes moments, and educational topics (e.g., lab-grown diamonds).
Maintain and evolve the visual tone and storytelling style of ISAGO’s digital presence.
Develop mood boards and content themes that reflect the brand’s elegance and modernity.
Social Media Planning & Publishing
Own the social media content calendar — plan and schedule posts across platforms to ensure consistent, strategic storytelling.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to align content with campaign timelines and business objectives.
Monitor trends and adjust content strategy accordingly to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
Schedule content using platforms like Later, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite.
Engagement & Performance
Track and report on content performance: growth, engagement, saves, reach, etc.
Suggest improvements based on performance insights.
Monitor community engagement and occasionally support DM/comment interactions in ISAGO’s brand voice.
Qualifications
2–4 years experience in content creation and/or social media management, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands.
Strong portfolio of visual work — both photo and video, with understanding of short-form content.
Skilled in tools like Adobe Lightroom, Premiere, CapCut, Canva, etc.
Deep understanding of social trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram.
Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and love for visual storytelling.
