Position: Social Media Specialist
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Social Media or a related role
- Strong understanding of social media management, particularly Instagram and TikTok
- Able to develop content plans and content calendars based on target audiences and brand objectives
- Familiar with social media trends, platform algorithms, and developments in fashion and lifestyle
- Strong copywriting skills and a basic understanding of visual content
- Able to interpret and analyze social media insights to evaluate content performance
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and editing tools such as CapCut is a plus
- Creative, communicative, proactive, and able to work collaboratively
Job Description:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase PEEP's brand awareness, engagement, and account growth
- Create content plans and content calendars for the company's social media platforms
- Conduct research on trends, competitors, and target audiences, particularly in the eyewear, fashion, and lifestyle industries
- Develop relevant content ideas and concepts that align with the brand's identity and target audience
- Collaborate with Content Creators, Graphic Designers, and relevant teams throughout the content production process
- Ensure all published content aligns with brand guidelines, social media strategies, and the established schedule
- Monitor and analyze content performance and provide recommendations to improve social media strategies
- Prepare regular social media performance reports, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and other relevant metrics
