Job Description
As a Social Media Officer Intern within the Creative department at Assemblr, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital presence through engaging content creation and strategic social media management. This internship offers hands-on experience in both social media and creative marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management:Assist in managing and updating company's social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to develop visually compelling and on-brand content.
- Contribute to the ideation and creation of creative content including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
- Support in planning and executing social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
- Interact with our audience, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster community engagement through creative initiatives and contests.
- Conduct regular analysis of social media performance using analytics tools to track metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Prepare reports summarizing key findings and recommendations.
Requirements
- Final-year student or recent graduate in fields such as Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- In-depth knowledge of Instagram and TikTok platforms, trends, and best practices
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, especially in terms of writing skills
- Process basic experience and knowledge of copywriting in general
