SOCIAL MEDIA OFFICER

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & Facebook) and other relevant tools (AI)
2. Analytical skills for measuring and reporting on social media performance
3. Up to date and aware of the industry's latest trends
4. Strong communication skills (Written and verbal)
5. Understand English, both written and speaking
6. Basic graphic design skill is a plus
7. Willing to work from office (Office located in Surabaya Barat)
8. Can join ASAP

Job Description:

1. Managing the social media and posting contents on various platforms
2. Involved in content creation
3. Replying to comments and DMs (Fast response)
4. Improving social media experience, creating engagement with audiences, and facilitating organic growth
5. Monitoring feedbacks from audiences and gathering information on social media
6. Assisting in researching and identifying influencers and partnerships
7. Involved in team discussions to continuously improve the social media metrics
