This is a full-time position based in our North Jakarta office, offering you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the heart of the city's vibrant food and beverage industry.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience in social media or content creation.
- Interested in food, lifestyle, and digital marketing trends.
- Creative, proactive, communicative, and confident in front of the camera.
- Able to create and edit basic photo and video content.
- Experienced in handling marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media.
- Familiar with GoFood, GrabFood, TikTokGo and ShopeeFood promotions.
- Able to analyze sales performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Creative, proactive, and up to date with marketing trends.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with social media platforms and current trends.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Willing to work on-site in North Jakarta.
- Good spoken English is required.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage all our online accounts.
- Plan weekly content and develop creative ideas.
- Create, shoot, edit, and publish content.
- Follow social media trends and adapt them to the brand.
- Create content for promotions, new products, and marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and outlet sales.
- Manage and optimise promotions across delivery apps.
- Monitor sales performance, promotional costs, and campaign results.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with the operations team to implement promotions across outlets.
- Collaborate with influencers, KOLs, and content creators.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond when necessary.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to create content at outlets
