Responsibilities:
Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.
Create engaging captions and basic copywriting for social media posts.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and platform updates.
Coordinate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure content consistency.
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions.
Prepare simple monthly performance reports and insights.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and social media best practices.
Strong communication and copywriting skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and content planning is a plus.
