Deskripsi pekerjaan Social Media Officer Posper Indonesia
Posper Digital is looking for a Social Media Officer (SMO) who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about social media.
As an SMO, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media activities for multiple brands, from content planning and copywriting to publishing, monitoring, and performance evaluation. You will work closely with the internal creative team and Account Executive to translate brand objectives into relevant and engaging social media content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, PR, or related field
- Fresh graduates with internship, organizational, freelance, or portfolio experience are welcome
- Good understanding of major social media platforms, especially Instagram & TikTok
- Able to develop content ideas and understand basic social media strategy
- Strong writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus
- Up to date with current social media trends and digital culture
- Familiar with basic social media metrics (reach, views, engagement, followers)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple brands
- Plus points: Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, Google Workspace
*Remote working arrangement, with availability for occasional client visits
