Qualification
- A creative mind capable of generating innovative and impactful marketing ideas
- Passionate and understanding of various social media platforms (eg. Tik Tok, Instagram, and Linkedin) and their best practices for engaging content
- Has the capability to shoot, take pictures, and edit (at least using TikTok tools, VN, CapCut)
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
- Having a background in Social Media or Creative Agency
- Malang-based is a must.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Creative Director to identify social content opportunities that drive brand awareness and communication
- Research, Scriptwriting. and Produce engaging video content
- Provide competitive insights and conduct social media content planning on a weekly basis.
- Improve the social media experience. create engaged audiences, and facilitate organic growth.
- Write creative and compelling social media copywriting that capture our brand's voice and tone
