Social Media Officer – Headstart Digital (3 Months Project)

Location : Bandengan Selatan, Jakarta Utara
Responsibilities :
- Monitor complaints or enquiries (DMs, Comments) on social media accounts and reach out to provide assistance.
- Improving social media experience, creating engagement with audiences, and facilitating organic growth.
- Managing content upload schedules.
- Respond to audience queries in a timely and accurate way.
- Update our internal databases with information about issues.
Qualifications:
- Preferably experienced in handling inbound on social media admin platform
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of social media platform (Instagram & Tiktok).
- Catch up with the latest social media trends.
