Job Description :
• Manage and oversee all brand social media accounts (Instagram & TikTok)
• Develop and implement creative, engaging content strategies aligned with the brand identity.
• Create a monthly content calendar and ensure timely execution of posts.
• Write compelling captions that match the brand’s tone of voice.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and fostering positive interactions.
• Identify the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop appealing visual and video content.
• Analyze content performance and generate regular reports to measure strategy effectiveness.
• Understand the fundamentals of Digital Ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads) and work with relevant teams to optimize paid ad campaigns.
Requirement :
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a related role.
• Proficient in content strategy and engagement techniques for Instagram & TikTok
• Strong understanding of the latest social media trends and algorithms.
• Creative, innovative, and has strong storytelling skills.
• Ability to write engaging copy tailored to FSS/Buttered audience.
• Basic knowledge of Digital Ads and how to optimize campaigns across platforms.
• Familiar with analytical tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
