We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Marketing Executive with a passion for digital marketing, social media, and content creation to join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and schedule social media content across digital platforms.
- Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Create engaging graphics using Canva and other design tools.
- Assist with copywriting for social media and email marketing.
- Support Meta Ads campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Assist with CRM data maintenance and email marketing.
- Prepare basic marketing performance reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK); Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing or content creation.
- Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, content creation, and paid advertising.
- Able to create short-form video content for Reels and TikTok.
- Proficient in Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- Basic copywriting skills for social media and email.
- Good written communication skills in English.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working collaboratively and taking direction from senior team members.
