💼 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for clients across various industries
• Plan and curate engaging content including captions, images, reels, videos, and stories aligned with brand objectives
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and creative teams to execute content plans effectively
• Prepare content plans and coordinate story, reel, and feed development before production starts
• Create and prepare moodboards and creative references before content production
• Participate in and help direct content shoots for social media needs
• Manage and schedule social media posts using industry-standard tools
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and mentions professionally and promptly
• Analyze social media performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
• Prepare monthly reports including follower growth, insights, analytics, and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Account Managers, designers, copywriters, and SEO specialists to support integrated digital campaigns
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital trends
• Maintain proactive communication with clients alongside the Account Management team
✅ Qualifications
• Experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and current social media trends
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in content production/shoot coordination is a plus
• Fluent in English is preferred
