About the Company:

PT Sumber Guna Nusantara (SGN) has been the Indonesian distributor of TOLI Japan flooring products for over 10 years. We supply and install commercial flooring — carpet tile, vinyl, and raised access floor — for major projects across Jakarta, Bekasi, Cikarang, and Karawang. Our project references include BCA Tower, BSI Tower, British School Jakarta, and MRT Jakarta.

We are looking for a part-time Social Media Manager who understands both content creation and interior design. This role is ideal for someone who can capture the transformation of a space and present it in a way that appeals to architects, designers, contractors, and developers.

🎯 The Role

You will be responsible for producing and managing content that showcases our completed and ongoing projects. A large part of this work happens on-site, where you will document the transformation of commercial spaces — capturing the condition of a floor before installation and the finished result afterward.

Because our audience is professional (interior designers, architects, project owners), the content must be visually strong, accurate, and aligned with the standards of the industry. This is why an interior design background is essential: you need to understand materials, finishes, lighting, and composition well enough to present a space at its best.

📋 Key Responsibilities

On-Site Documentation 📷

Travel to project sites across Jakarta, Bekasi, Cikarang, and Karawang to capture photo and video content.

Document "before and after" installations — the core of our content. This requires an eye for framing a space and understanding how flooring affects the overall look of an interior.

Capture the installation process, including team activity and time-lapse footage where relevant.

Content Production 🎬

Produce and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, tailored to each platform and its audience.

Edit photos and videos to a professional standard using tools such as Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, CapCut, or Canva.

Maintain visual consistency that reflects the quality of our products and installations.

✅ Requirements

Interior Background (Required)

A degree in Interior Design, or equivalent professional experience working within the interior, architecture, or fit-out industry.

Ability to understand and communicate about materials, finishes, and spatial composition. This is a firm requirement, not a preference.

Social Media Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, ideally for a brand, business, or design-related account.

A portfolio demonstrating past content work is mandatory. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Technical Skills

Strong photography and videography skills.

Proficiency in photo and video editing software.

Understanding of current Instagram and TikTok content formats and trends.

📌 Position Details

Type Part-Time (3–4 days per week)

Salary Rp 2,000,000 – 4,000,000 per month (based on experience and portfolio)

Location Bekasi office (Kalimalang / K.H. Noer Alie), with regular travel to project sites
