WE’RE LOOKING FOR A SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
SEMAIA is a Bali-based end-to-end design and development studio, creating considered spaces that are rooted in place and made to last. We work on a select number of high-end residential projects, taking a bespoke approach to each — from finding the right land through to architecture, interiors, construction and completion. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team and help tell the story of SEMAIA — our projects, our process and the thinking behind what we do.
We’re looking for someone creative, visually driven and proactive, with a strong understanding of social media and an eye for architecture, interiors, design and lifestyle content.
The role will involve:
• Planning and managing SEMAIA’s social media content calendar
• Creating and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms
• Capturing photo and video content across our projects and construction sites
• Creating engaging Reels, Stories and short-form video content
• Writing captions and developing content around our projects, design process and expertise
• Working with our photographers, videographers and design team to turn project updates into compelling content
• Community management and responding to comments/messages
• Monitoring content performance and identifying opportunities to improve reach and engagement
• Keeping on top of relevant social, design and property trends without compromising SEMAIA’s brand identity
You’ll ideally have:
• Previous experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing
• Strong visual taste and an understanding of premium/luxury branding
• Confident photo and video capture skills
• Strong short-form video editing skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite and content planning tools
• Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of content
• An interest in architecture, interiors and design is a big plus
• Based in Bali
This is a hands-on creative role with the opportunity to work closely with our design and development team and have a real influence on how the SEMAIA brand is communicated as we grow. Open to Indonesian applicants only.
