Deskripsi pekerjaan Social Media Manager F4elements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-to-end social media strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
  • Create content strategies, content pillars, editorial calendars, and campaign plans.
  • Conduct social media audits, competitor analysis, and audience research.
  • Manage social media campaigns from planning and execution to performance evaluation.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Account, Creative, Paid Media, KOL, and Production teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Present strategies, campaign performance, and recommendations to clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and oversee the Social Media team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Manager role.
  • Proven experience working in a Digital Agency is required.
  • Strong expertise in developing end-to-end social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X.
  • Solid understanding of content marketing, social media analytics, digital marketing funnels, and influencer/KOL marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

A proven portfolio showcasing successful social media strategies that increased engagement, brand awareness, lead generation, or conversions.

Experience managing national or enterprise level brands.
