Social Media Management
• Plan, schedule and publish content across all assigned brands.
• Maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, engaging and optimised for each platform.
• Coordinate content approvals with relevant department managers.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates and best practices.
Content Coordination
• Work closely with photographers, videographers, designers and content creators.
• Organise and coordinate content shoots across multiple venues.
• Identify content opportunities through guest experiences, events and daily operations.
• Maintain organised content libraries and ensure assets are available for marketing campaigns.
• Assist with creating captions, story concepts and content briefs.
Reviews & Reputation Management
• Monitor and respond to reviews across Google, Hostelworld, TripAdvisor and other relevant platforms.
• Support venue teams in generating guest reviews and feedback.
• Identify recurring guest feedback and provide recommendations for improvement.
Reporting & Performance
• Track social media growth, engagement, reach and content performance.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
• Use data and insights to continuously improve content performance.
