We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Freelance Admin & Social Media Support to join our team!
If you're familiar with social media platforms, responsive in handling customer messages, and enjoy organizing data and administrative tasks, this could be the right opportunity for you. We're looking for someone responsible, communicative, and able to work independently while supporting multiple clients.
As part of our team, you will help manage clients' social media accounts, assist with customer interactions, and handle administrative support tasks.

• Manage client social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Linkedin).
• Upload and schedule content based on content plan.
• Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares) & Help track reports related to social media performance.
• Respond to comments and direct messages in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with the team regarding content updates and customer inquiries.
• Help maintain positive engagement and brand image across platforms.
• Support other operational and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Linkedin.
• Good communication skills (friendly, professional, and responsive).
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Able to multitask and manage time well.
• Basic understanding of social media engagement.
• Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Own laptop or any device with stable internet connection required.
