Are you passionate about digital storytelling and building engaging online communities? We’re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team! Creative SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER to manage and grow our online community across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Parler, Medium, Blog, and other social media platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about social engagement, has an eye for trends, and understands how to turn interactions into lasting relationships and potential sales.
Position: Social Media Manager
Location: Denpasar - Bali
Employment Type: Full Time - Contract (with training period available)
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement creative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content
- Manage and grow our online presence and community
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on insights
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for campaigns

Key Responsibilities
Manage and moderate all social media platforms, including Facebook groups, Instagram, and others.
Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and updates to maintain a consistent brand voice.
Monitor online conversations and build strong community engagement.
Identify and interact with potential customers to drive leads and sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas and campaigns.
Track performance metrics and provide regular engagement reports.
Experience in community management, marketing, or sales.
Basic graphic design or content creation skills (Canva, Photoshop, AI, CapCut, Reels, etc.)
Familiarity with social media ads or influencer outreach is a plus.
What We're Looking For:
-Proven experience managing social media platforms
-Strong copywriting and communication skills ( mix with AI and without)
- Eye for design and brand consistency
- Knowledge of social media tools (AI, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
- Ability to stay up to date with trends and platform changes
- You don't know everything or full knowledge - NO PROBLEM - we accept to learn together and grow in an environment that supports growth and self-development.
- You can start an internship for 1-3 months before entering the full-time position.
