BEYOND is a gym and lifestyle brand from Jakarta, built on a single idea: you can go beyond.

We make clothing for people who keep showing up when nobody is watching. Every piece in our collection carries a story about perseverance, discipline, and the quiet mentality it takes to outlast your own limits.

Our visual world is expressive rather than literal. Fire, storms, and light are how we talk about the thing happening inside someone who refuses to stop. Every tee in our first collection has its own short film: a basketball court, an empty gym at night, and a mountain at four in the morning. Three stories, one message.

We are early, independent, and building something we care deeply about. Our launch campaign is shot and ready, but that is only the beginning. Everything that comes after it is still to be made, and we are looking for someone to help make it.

What you'll do

- Create weekly and monthly content ideations, and own the content calendar

- ⁠Shoot and capture your own content: behind the scenes, product, gym, street, community moments

- ⁠Execute Instagram and TikTok content across feed, stories, and reels

- ⁠Edit short form video and design social assets, in whatever tools you work best in

- ⁠Write captions that hold the brand's voice: short, sharp, never corporate

- ⁠Maintain strong visual and verbal consistency across everything we post

- ⁠Review performance and refine content based on what is actually working

- ⁠Attend shoots and document real moments as they happen

What we're looking for

- Students and fresh graduates are welcome. Taste and initiative matter more than years of experience

- ⁠Strong instinct for visual taste, brand tone, and what makes content feel current

- ⁠Comfortable shooting on your own, whether on a phone or a camera

- ⁠Organized, proactive, and detail oriented

- ⁠Based in Jakarta and able to attend shoots

- ⁠A portfolio or samples of past work is preferred but not required

- ⁠Photo and video editing skills beyond the basics is a plus

- ⁠Experience with streetwear, fashion, sport, fitness, or lifestyle brands is a plus

- ⁠A genuine interest in gym, sport, or streetwear culture, so you understand why the details matter
