About Us
We are an official realme smartphone distributor in Indonesia, focusing on TikTok Shop and social commerce. We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & E-commerce Executive to help grow our online presence and support our daily store operations.
Job Responsibilities
Social Media
Plan and publish daily content on TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Brainstorm trending content ideas related to smartphones and technology.
Assist hosts during video production and livestream preparation.
Monitor social media performance and provide simple weekly reports.
Reply to comments and engage with followers.
E-commerce
Assist in managing TikTok Shop and Tokopedia stores.
Upload and optimize product listings.
Update product prices, promotions, and campaign information.
Support flash sales, platform campaigns, and voucher setup.
Track store performance and prepare simple reports.
Team Support
Assist the marketing team during product launches and promotional events.
Prepare products, props, and shooting equipment.
Coordinate with livestream hosts and content creators.
Support other daily store operations assigned by the manager.
Requirements
Indonesian citizen.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Trial period of 3 months:
Passionate about TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends.
Basic video shooting and editing skills (CapCut is preferred).
Familiar with TikTok Shop or Tokopedia is a plus.
Interested in smartphones and technology.
Creative, responsible, and willing to learn.
Able to work in a team.
Willing to work full-time in Bali.
Bonus Points
Experience creating viral TikTok content.
Experience operating TikTok Shop.
Experience assisting livestreams.
Basic Canva or Photoshop skills.
Able to communicate in English.
