Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager to handle our brand’s social media presence. The ideal candidate has basic photography skills, simple graphic design abilities, and can plan and execute engaging content strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Create and schedule content (photos, videos, captions)
• Take photos for products and brand activities (basic photography)
• Design simple graphics using tools like Canva
• Plan monthly content strategies and campaigns
• Monitor and analyze performance (engagement, reach, etc.)
• Engage with audience (comments and DMs)
• Stay updated with social media trends
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator
• Basic photography skills (phone or camera)
• Able to create simple graphic designs (Canva or similar tools)
• Creative and up-to-date with social media trends
• Good caption writing skills (English and Bahasa)
• Familiar with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, etc.)
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have:
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
• Experience managing a brand (portfolio preferred)
