About the Role
As a Social Media Manager, you will own IMAJIK's presence across social media, from content planning and copywriting to community engagement and performance analysis. You'll lead the full content workflow, briefing creative teams, managing the editorial calendar, and keeping the brand voice consistent and culturally relevant. A strong grasp of platform analytics, a trend-aware mindset, and hands-on experience with AI tools are key. A degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field is required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy
- Degree in Communication, Marketing, Creative Media, or a related field
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn) including algorithms, formats, and best practices
- Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive growth and engagement
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across platforms and audiences
- Proficient in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar) and able to translate data into actionable insights
- Comfortable briefing and collaborating with design and video production teams
- Experience using or keen interest in AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization
- Self-driven, trend-aware, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience with AI-related or tech/creative industry content is a plus
- Having and willing to use a personal laptop for work will be a plus
Responsibilities
- Own and execute IMAJIK's social media strategy across all platforms, aligning with brand goals and business objectives
- Lead content planning, editorial calendar management, and campaign ideation
- Write and oversee copy for posts, captions, stories, and campaigns with a consistent, compelling brand voice
- Analyze performance metrics and deliver regular reports with insights and recommendations for growth
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and digital culture shifts — and act on them quickly
- Brief and coordinate with the design, video, and creative teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery
- Manage community engagement: responding to comments, DMs, and fostering audience relationships
- Explore and integrate AI tools into the content workflow to improve efficiency and output quality
- Mentor and guide junior team members or interns on social media best practices
