About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist to manage one Instagram account and help us develop a strong and consistent online presence.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage the Instagram account
* Manage and schedule posts, Reels and Stories
* Prepare a simple content calendar
* Select the best photos and videos from our existing content
* Write engaging English captions
* Research trends and new content ideas
* Coordinate with our photo/video team when new content is needed
* Maintain a consistent and premium visual identity
* Monitor basic performance and engagement
* Suggest new ideas to improve the account
Profile
* Previous professional Instagram management experience
* Good visual taste and attention to detail
* Understanding of Reels, Stories and current Instagram trends
* Good written English
* Comfortable with tools such as Canva and CapCut
* Organized, creative and proactive
Experience in real estate, hospitality, luxury, travel or lifestyle is a plus.
