SENIOR SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER & STRATEGIST (REMOTE, FULL-TIME)
We’re looking for a full-time, remote-based Senior Social Media Manager & Strategist to lead our digital presence and storytelling across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and related platforms.
This role blends strategy and creativity. You’ll translate complex ideas around leadership, coaching, psychology, organisational culture, and personal growth into thoughtful, human content that builds trust, credibility, and meaningful engagement.
ABOUT US
We are a Singapore-based, ICF-accredited coach training school supporting leaders and change-makers to earn internationally recognised coaching credentials and elevate how they lead, connect, and drive transformation.
Alongside coach training, we partner with senior HR teams, executives, and organisations across industries on leadership and culture-change initiatives, helping people lead with authenticity, clarity, and purpose.
CORE OBJECTIVE
To grow and manage our social media ecosystem through strategic storytelling, high-quality writing, and consistent engagement, aligned with our LinkedIn BD outreach strategy.
Your work will help our core audiences, HR leaders, senior executives, and aspiring coaches build trust with our brand and naturally progress into our complimentary learning sessions and coaching programs.
IDEAL PROFILE
- 5–10+ years’ experience managing social media strategy across multiple platforms
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with a warm, credible, and human tone
- Ability to translate complex leadership and coaching concepts into accessible content
- Familiarity with coaching, psychology, HR, leadership, or adult learning (preferred)
- Data-informed mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and refine strategy
- High level of maturity, reliability, and comfort working independently
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Go High Level, Meta Ads, Canva, or Adobe is a plus (not required, we have in-house support)
- Values depth, thoughtfulness, and strong alignment with our mission
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. BRAND & AUDIENCE ALIGNMENT
- Internalise our voice, values, and tone
- Create content that reflects emotional intelligence, maturity, and conceptual depth
2. LINKEDIN (PRIMARY PLATFORM)
- Manage a weekly content calendar, 3–4 high-quality posts
- Write insight-led posts aligned with leadership and coaching themes
- Lead daily engagement to grow a relevant, strategic audience
- Collaborate closely with the BD outreach team to ensure unified messaging
3. INSTAGRAM
- Plan and publish 4–5 pieces of weekly content, including reels, carousels, and quotes
- Strengthen brand visibility and audience trust
- Coordinate with the creative team on visual consistency
4. YOUTUBE
- Upload and optimise 2 videos per week, short and long form
- Curate content that educates and inspires
- Support growth in subscribers, watch time, and session sign-ups
5. TIKTOK, FACEBOOK & X
- Repurpose content for TikTok and Facebook
- Maintain a light but consistent presence on X
6. ANALYTICS & OPTIMISATION
- Track performance across platforms
- Identify patterns and growth opportunities
- Recommend strategic refinements and prepare monthly reports
