About the Role
Online Fellas is looking for a creative and organised Social Media Virtual Assistant to help clients maintain an active and engaging online presence. You will support content planning, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with developing social media content calendars.
- Write clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate captions.
- Schedule and publish content across selected platforms.
- Coordinate visual content with graphic designers.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Research trends, hashtags, competitors, and content ideas.
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports.
- Maintain consistent branding, tone, and posting schedules.
- Suggest content improvements based on engagement data.
Requirements
- Good understanding of major social media platforms.
- Strong written English and copywriting skills.
- Creative thinking and awareness of current social media trends.
- Experience using Meta Business Suite or scheduling tools.
- Basic Canva or visual-content skills are preferred.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Previous social media management experience is preferred.
- A portfolio or examples of managed accounts are an advantage.
