About the Role
PT Terang Berkat Raya is a holding company and the majority shareholder of PT Yakin Bertumbuh Sekuritas (YBS), a securities company operating in Indonesia's capital market.
We are seeking a Social Media Lead to strengthen YBS's brand awareness, digital presence, and audience engagement through strategic social media management and creative content.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to strengthen brand awareness and positioning across the holding company and its subsidiaries, particularly YBS.
- Lead content planning, creative direction, and execution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor social media performance, audience growth, engagement, content effectiveness, and lead generation through regular reporting and analytics.
- Manage social media communities and oversee KOL/influencer collaborations to support brand visibility and campaign objectives.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, including leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in social media strategy, content planning, storytelling, and trend analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficient in managing Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking, creativity, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience in community management, KOL/influencer partnerships, and campaign optimization.
- Data-driven mindset with a proven track record of improving engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
- Knowledge of capital markets, stocks, or financial services is an advantage.
