Job Description
• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content for the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Create creative and informative content related to cosmetic products, skincare trends, beauty tips, and the cosmetic manufacturing industry.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, beauty industry developments, and viral content.
• Monitor social media performance and assist in preparing reports on engagement, reach, and audience growth.
• Support the development of content ideas to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Assist in managing social media interactions and maintaining a positive brand image.
Requirements
• Final-year student or fresh graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Have a strong interest in social media, digital marketing, beauty, skincare, and the cosmetics industry.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Have good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Basic knowledge of content creation and video editing tools, such as Canva and CapCut, is a plus.
• Able to keep up with current social media trends and translate them into engaging content.
• Previous experience in social media management or content creation is an advantage.
• Able to commit to the internship period as required by the company.
• Willing to work at Cikupa – Tangerang.
